New York Real Estate Continuing Education Requirements

New York real estate license expires

When your New York real estate license expires, you will need to renew it within five days. To renew your license, you must complete at least 22.5 hours of approved continuing education. Whether the course is completed online or at a classroom, you must show that you know how to use the material.

Requires 22.5 hours of continuing education
