The Arenal Observatory Lodge is a beautiful resort that boasts incredible views of the Arenal Volcano and rainforest. The hotel has 48 rooms in four separate buildings spread throughout the property. All rooms are extremely comfortable and most have volcano views. The rooms range in size from standard suites to larger chalets. There are even five rooms that are fully equipped for disabled travelers, with bathrooms, hallways, and parking areas being designed accordingly.
In addition to the amazing view of the volcano, guests can enjoy a number of other natural sights from the property’s trails that run through the rainforest. During a walk along the trails, visitors can see a variety of wildlife such as monkeys, birds, and sloths in their natural habitats.
